They’re back in the saddle again. Dan Hedt and Hank Augustyn wrote and produced all of the songs for the debut Borough Brothers album released in 2004. When the obligations of life and work started speaking louder than the boys could play, the band was set aside, that is, until now. Some prior unfinished business is being addressed and some new stuff is coming “hot off the press”. We hope you enjoy these songs as they come out. For their valuable contributions to this effort, many special thanks to: Rich Holmes – Electric Bass John Murray – Harmony vocals (and access to the rock pile) Ken Rich – Consultation and Sound Mastering.

The debut album by The Borough Brothers is finally out. Four guys whose combined influences are blended to create a unique mixture of Blues, Country, Rock and Groove Music. Fatback and smooth melody, thoughtful lyrics, gut wretching guitar, big bottom and hauntingly soulful sax. Songs about what we think, do, and feel in our daily lives. Stephen Stills, Delbert McClinton, Montgomery Gentry, ZZ Top, and The Allman Brothers are all lurking in the mind shadows of these guys. Blue Collar and proud of it.
